Tumeric - A Great Brain & Heart Food!


Turmeric is revered in Ayurvedic medicine due to its many healing properties. This potent spice ,may help cleanse the liver, purify the blood and promote good digestion and elimination. The principal component of turmeric is curcumin that has anti-inflammatory qualities and is an antioxidant booster to combat viral infections, cancer and arthritis.
